Tradtional art > Digital art
It depends on the artist tho, some artists are better with one format than the other, or they’re good with both. This goes hard man!

We can all relate to this.
But gaming can help relieve stress by allowing oneself to take out one's anger on virtual enemies, I personally prefer fighting games like Rushdown Rivals. It's really fun, and pretty easy to play with a controller.
